About Behavior Dynamics

 

Behavior Dynamics was founded by Melanie Fernandez, M.S., BCBA in 2014 to provide quality ABA therapy to children in her local area of Miami Lakes, but not limited to, North Miami-Dade and South Broward Counties. 

 

Every child deserves to lead a quality life where he or she can function effectively with their families and peers in everyday situations and special circumstances such as Holidays or Social Events. All children, regardless of age, gender, or diagnosis, have the potential to be shining stars, and Melanie and her team want to unleash that potential for your child and your family.

 

Therapy should be FUN and your child should enjoy their sessions. Our therapy sessions typically include play time, stories, arts & crafts, table-time for academic skills and one-on-one therapy, and social activities. A 3-minute video on you-tube might look like a time-passer, but your child is actually working on attending to a task, appropriate sitting, imitating sounds/movement from the video, or requesting for the video (or for more of the video). Each session is as unique as your child and their therapist and will always be spontaneous and fun while teaching your child all the skills they need to shine!

 

 

Therapy Hours Available

Monday - Friday:  8:00am -7:00pm

Saturdays:  9:00am - 4:00pm
